TOPCOLOR 14-day return guarantee
We guarantee that if your purchase is not suitable for you, we will accept it within 14 days of purchase and refund 100% of the amount paid.
Return conditions:
- Returns can be made within 14 calendar days of purchase.
- You can return goods purchased in our online store with contactless pickup service at TOPCOLOR points of sale, without direct contact. When you arrive to return the goods, please call the phone number indicated on the signboard and tell us the number of the purchase document. Please have a completed Returns Application Request and the proof of purchase.
- The item can only be returned to the store where it was purchased.
- Items can be returned via courier. The customer is responsible for the cost of transport.
- The returned item must be in its original packaging, unused, undamaged, in its usable condition preserved and its retail appearance intact.
- When returning an item, it is necessary to present an identity document and the original purchase receipt or invoice.
- The money will be transferred to the bank account indicated by the customer within 5 business days of the return.
The types of goods or services that cannot be returned are listed below:
- Delivery services.
- Goods made or ordered to the customer's individual requirements (e.g. paint with colour).
- Goods that have been broken, damaged, scratched or otherwise mechanically damaged due to the customer's fault.
